At Celebration Surgery Center, we are committed to making surgical care accessible to all members of our community. We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming, and we will provide support to help patients who are experiencing financial hardship.
- If a patient informs Celebration Surgery Center that he/she is unable to fully pay his/her estimated deductible, coinsurance, or copayment at the time of service, we will provide a 3rd party source (Care Credit) that the patient can apply to which allows monthly payments to be made.
- All credit program website links and telephone numbers will be provided to the patient, along with a brief explanation of the program and application process.
- Celebration Surgery Center, does not provide charity care.
- Financial assistance does not apply to cosmetic procedures.
Eligibility Criteria: Financial assistance is available to uninsured, underinsured, and low-income patients who meet specific guidelines. Eligibility is determined through a confidential review of income, assets, and household size through a 3rd party source (Care Credit).
How to Apply: Patients may request a Care Credit application during registration or download it from our website. Our team is available to help guide you through the process and answer any questions.
